Bring biodegradable sunscreen, sunglasses, and a sun hat for protection from the sun. Bring swimwear and towels if you wish to swim in the lake. Bring binoculars for birdwatching and a jacket in case of cooler weather. Bring cash or card for the mandatory National Park Lake Skadar fee (€5 per person; free for children 14 years and younger).

Flash photography is not permitted during the tour. Littering is strictly prohibited. Picking water lilies is not allowed.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Check-in is required 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time at the Kingfisher information desk near the central bridge in Virpazar. If you are running late, please notify the operator via WhatsApp with your name, scheduled departure time, and estimated arrival. The tour may be cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions such as rain or strong winds; you will be contacted in case of any changes. Lunch and additional meals are not included; you may bring your own snacks if desired. Life vests and other safety equipment are provided on board.
