How to use the package ticket

  • Please exchange your ticket at the ticket window at Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station or Yakuin Station.
  • West Rail tram round-trip ticket: Please show your ticket at the manned gate.
  • Ganmu Railway round-trip ticket: Please unfold your ticket and hand it to the station staff when you get off the train.
  • Kirin Beer Farm Dining Discount Coupon: Please present the coupon at the store.
  • Kirin Beer Garden Coupon Discount Special Offer: Please present your coupon at the reception desk.
  • Those who wish to visit the factory must make an online reservation and pay the visit fee in advance, in addition to purchasing this package.

How to use e-tickets-

  • When using an e-ticket, please use a smartphone or tablet, click the e-ticket link you received after booking, show the e-ticket to the staff, and press the use button.
  • Electronic tickets can only be used in an online environment. Please make sure your mobile device can access the internet beforehand.

    *If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they cannot be used separately. Once used, all tickets will be used simultaneously. If you wish to use the tickets individually multiple times, please purchase them separately.
