Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection. Swimwear and a towel are recommended if you plan to use the beach or shower facilities. Closed-toe shoes are advised for sand and resort activities.

Pets are not permitted on this experience. Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited during the tour. Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed in the vehicles or resort. Smoking is not permitted inside vehicles or indoor resort areas.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible due to off-road desert driving and sand dune activities. Guests with limited mobility or serious medical conditions are advised not to participate. The experience includes a 4x4 off-road drive, which is not suitable for pregnant guests, individuals with back or heart conditions, or those prone to motion sickness.

Pick-up and drop-off are included from locations within Doha city limits only. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Facilities at the resort include separate male and female toilets, shower rooms, and locker rooms. Bottled water is provided throughout the tour. Lunch or dinner with beverages is included; please inform your guide of any dietary restrictions in advance. The tour is conducted in English and Arabic. Please arrive at your designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
