Getting Started
Begin your journey using the main entrance located at Bayfront Plaza. Present your mobile or printed ticket directly at the entry gantries — no need for exchanges.
Cloud Forest:
- Tower over a magnificent indoor waterfall and explore cloud-covered walkways.
- Engage with life-sized, animatronic dinosaurs in Discover Jurassic World: The Experience.

Keep in mind food & beverages are not allowed at Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. Pack wisely!
Re-entry is not permitted.
The venue is accessible by wheelchairs and prams/strollers.
Facilities: rentable lockers, free WiFi, ATM, bottle filling stations, free mobile charging stations, rentable audio headsets, nursing rooms, shuttle services, etc.
Cloud Forest featuring Jurassic World: The Experience will be available until 30 May 2027.
Operating hours
The Gardens by the Bay in Singapore are open daily from 5am to 2am. However, the opening hours for the individual attractions vary:
Cloud Forest: 9am – 9pm (last admission: 8:30pm)
Flower Dome: 9am – 9pm (last admission: 8:30pm)
Floral Fantasy: 10am – 9pm (last admission: 8:30pm)
OCBC Skyway: 9am – 9pm (last admission: 8:30pm)
Audio tour: 9am – 5pm

On 4 July 2026, parts of the Flower Dome will be temporarily closed for a launch event. The South American Garden and Mediterranean Garden will be unavailable from 6:15 PM to 7:20 PM, while the Flower Field will be closed from 7:30 PM to 8:20 PM.
From 12–27 September 2026, the Borealis show will be rescheduled to 9:00 PM–9:15 PM due to the Mid-Autumn Festival.
