Must Know

• Cannot be used with screenshots or printed copies.
• Please note that the entrance for terrace seating differs from the regular entrance, so kindly inquire with our staff
• In accordance with the Hyogo Prefecture Passive Smoking Prevention Ordinance, smoking is completely prohibited inside the building.
• Please ensure you have a stable network connection as we will need to access the web page on your smartphone.
• There are no entry restrictions for guide dogs, hearing dogs, or service dogs.
• At the time of entry/purchase, please open the usage screen from the voucher link sent to you, press the "Use" button, and show the screen to the staff.
• Photography and video recording are allowed inside the museum, but please refrain from using tripods
• For groups of 10 or more participants or if English assistance is required during the experience, please inform us of your visit date in advance. (English-speaking staff may not be available on certain days)
• Additionally, access may be restricted during peak hours or if guests with animal allergies are present.
• Please refrain from eating and drinking inside the museum, including candy and gum.
• However, they are permitted in the shop and restaurant (terrace seating) if carried in your arms or placed in a carrier
• However, unauthorized commercial use of the photos taken is prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed inside the museum
• Please note that the management assumes no responsibility for any accidents, thefts, or other incidents that may occur in the parking lot.
