Smooth Activation Process
- Begin by downloading the Go City app on your mobile device.
- Upon completing your booking, an email containing essential information and an order confirmation number will be sent to you. Use this number within the Go City app to add your pass.
- The app provides complete details about venues and tours, including pre-recorded commentary, suggested itineraries, a handy map, among other features—all accessible on-the-go!
- Your pass activates automatically when you use it to enter your first chosen attraction.
- Remember that some attractions may require advance booking. Ensure your pass is valid on the reservation day by following app instructions.
- The validity period of your pass, before activation, extends for 1 year from purchase date. Upon visiting your first attraction, it activates and remains valid for 30 calendar days from that point until you've visited all attractions selected—for instance, a 3-attraction pass allows access to three venues within those 30 days.
