Printed Voucher:
- Access your order confirmation email, click the provided link, and download the e-voucher for printing
Use Go City App:
- Open the KKday e-voucher and click the link "To use the app, please follow your unique link"
- Enter your email address on the page
- Download the Go City App (iOS, Android)
- Launch the Go City App, select the relevant city based on your pass, and click on the "My Passes" icon
- Enter your email address and order verification code

Important Notes:
- If purchasing multiple passes simultaneously, you can enter different emails at step 2 to sync passes to various devices. Keep QR Code numbers distinct to prevent accidental overlap
