- To maximize your pass benefits, download the Go City app. Follow the straightforward instructions in your confirmation email to sync it with your pass.
- While most attractions don't require pre-booking, some do. The Go City app will indicate which ones need reservations ("reservations required" label). Simply tap on an attraction to find out how to book.
Validity:
- Your pass becomes active when you visit your first attraction and remains valid for the full number of calendar days (not 24-hour periods) that you purchased.
- Daily access ends at midnight, regardless of when you start using it on any given day.
- If not activated within a year from purchase, your pass will expire.
Paris Museum Pass
- Your Paris Pass® Plus and the Paris Museum Pass must be used consecutively over calendar days (not 24-hour periods).
- To download your Paris Museum Pass, log into Go City's reservation portal using your name, email address, and pass number from your confirmation email. The PDF will then be available on your phone for easy access.
Validity:
- Your pass activates either: the date you selected for your Paris Museum Pass or when you first use your Go City Paris Pass® Plus.
- You must select a start date within your pass's validity period during download, and this cannot be changed later.
