Ticket Delivery

— Voucher Redemption Methods —

  • Present the QR code/KKday e-voucher at the entrance of the attraction
  • Printed Voucher: open the order confirmation email, click the link, and download the e-voucher to print it out
  • Use the Go City App:
    1. Open KKday e-voucher and click the link "To use the app, please follow your unique link"
    2. Enter your email on the page
    3. Download the Go City App (iOS, Android)
    4. Open Go City App and choose the city according to your pass. Then, click "My Passes" icon and enter your email and order verification code
    *If you fail at step 4, please refresh the page and enter email and order verification code again or restart from step 2
    *If you buy several passes at the same time, you could enter multiple emails at step 2 to sync the passes to different devices. Please be careful and remember the QR Code number for each individuals to avoid redeeming the same pass accidentally
    *If the provided link for using the app on your KKday e-voucher does not work, please explore alternative methods for pass redemption
