Download the Go City app from the iOS App Store or Google Play, and install it on your phone or tablet.After installation, tap the “Your personal link” provided on your voucher to claim your pass. Present the QRcode of the Singapore Explorer Pass to activate the pass at the first attraction you visit. The pass will remain valid for 60 days starting from the date when you scan at your first attraction; for example, if you purchased the 4-attraction plan and visit the first attraction on May 1, you must visit the remaining 3 attractions before June 30. Most attractions on this pass are show-and-scan — just present your pass QR code at the entrance. A few require you to reserve in advance, and the Mandai wildlife parks have their own redemption step. Always check the attraction's page in the Go City app / website (or the digital guidebook) before you go.
Step 1 — Find your Order Number / Pass Number (needed for any reservation)
Order Number — top of your Go City confirmation email
Pass Number — open the Go City app → tap your pass → shown under each pass

Attractions that REQUIRE advance booking
Reserve these before your visit through the steps shown on that attraction's page in the Go City app/website (you'll need your Order / Pass Number):
