Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at check-in. Wear comfortable clothing that can get wet; spray jackets are provided on cold days. Bring a printed or mobile voucher for entry. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are recommended for sun protection.

If transfers are selected, allow up to 2 hours for the full experience including travel time. Life jackets are provided and rated up to a maximum of 150 kg.
