All Green SM services operate 100% with VinFast electric cars and motorbikes, ensuring no fuel odor, no engine noise, better health protection, and environmental friendliness. Green SM is currently available in the following provinces and cities: Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Ha Nam, Hai Duong, Hue, Hung Yen, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Quang Binh, Quang Ninh, Thai Binh, Thai Nguyen, Thanh Hoa, Vinh Phuc, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Can Tho, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Gia Lai, Long An, Khanh Hoa, Kien Giang.

Booking Process

Step 1: Open the Green SM App and select your pick-up location. Step 2: Select your drop-off location and choose your preferred service. Step 4: Tap “Book Now” and start your ride with Green SM.

  • The code does not include any additional surcharges; customers are responsible for paying any extra fees (if applicable).
  • The e-code can be used together with other promotional offers.
  • The e-code must be redeemed within the specified validity period.
  • The e-code cannot be extended beyond its expiration date.
  • The e-code cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
  • For Gift Voucher valued at VND 50,000: You will receive the e-code after purchase. The voucher is valid for trips with a total fee of VND 200,000 or above. Each voucher code can be used up to 4 times for 4 separate rides. Each ride can only apply 01 voucher code.
  • For Gift Voucher valued at VND 100,000 and VND 200,000: The e-code will be sent to your email within 24 hours before it becomes available for use.

  • The voucher is valid from 6:00 AM to 23:00 PM. It will not be applicable outside of this time frame.

How to Use Green

SM Voucher

Step 1:

For Gift Voucher valued at VND 50,000: You will receive the e-code after purchase.

For Gift Voucher valued at VND 100,000 and VND 200,000: The e-code will be sent to your email within 24 hours before it becomes available for use.

Step 2: Open the Green SM App, select your pick-up and drop-off locations, and choose your preferred service.Enter the voucher code into the "Enter code" field under the "Promotions" section (located above the “Book Green SM Taxi” button).

Step 3: Check the fare after the discount and confirm your payment method. 

Step 4: Tap “Book Now” and start your ride with Green SM.

Cancellation Policy
