• 【One-Day Ticket】Ticket Collection Methods: (1) If the ticket collection voucher code is a regular "7-digit" code, please log in to the online ticket collection link via your mobile phone: https://xzx.chimelong.com/scenicReserve. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the ticket collection voucher code and the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number to generate a QR code for entry; (2) If the ticket collection voucher code is "1111111", please present your ticket purchase document at the park's ticket window to exchange for a paper ticket for entry; (3) If the ticket collection voucher code is "0000000", please present your ticket purchase document at the park entrance to swipe your document for entry. All tickets are valid for one-time entry only.
• 【Annual Pass】You can choose any of the following methods to activate your annual pass: 1. (Recommended) Online activation: After purchasing the annual pass, if you agree to use the annual pass through facial recognition, you can activate the annual pass online in the Chimelong official APP/mini-program (you need to bind your ID card number + take a photo and enter your facial information). You can then conveniently enter the park through the facial recognition channel. 2. Offline Activation of Electronic Annual Pass Number: After purchasing the annual pass, you can go to the ticket office of the theme park where you purchased the pass, present the voucher code and your mobile phone number to receive the electronic annual pass number, and then go to the visitor service center to activate the annual pass (you will need to provide your ID card and have your photo taken for record-keeping). Facial information will also be entered (if you agree). 3. If you do not agree to use the annual pass via facial recognition, you must activate the annual pass using the offline activation method described in point 2 above (without entering facial information). Before each park entry, you must present your valid ID card at the visitor service center for manual verification. After verification, an entry voucher will be issued, providing independent identification. Special Notes: 1. This is an electronic annual pass; no physical card is provided. 2. The annual pass is a special ticket type and cannot be converted online to an electronic QR code ticket or collected from a self-service ticket machine.

Each guest must present one of the following three identification documents for identification upon entry: ① Hong Kong/Macau Special Administrative Region Home Return Permit/ID Card (permanent or non-permanent residents)/Passport; ② Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents of the People's Republic of China; ③ Passport for citizens of overseas countries. If you are unable to present the relevant documents and tickets at the same time, you will need to purchase the corresponding ticket at the on-site store price to enter the park.
• To redeem a parent-child ticket or a family ticket, you must present the original valid ID of the person who ordered it
• Free admission: Children under 3 years old or under 1.0 meter in height on the day of the visit; one adult with a ticket can only bring one free child into the park (a purchasing adult refers to a ticket purchaser who is 18 years old or above on the day of the visit).
• Children must be accompanied by at least one adult
• To ensure public safety, visitors (audiences) entering Chimelong theme parks and circus performance venues must undergo security checks. Please take the initiative to open your bags and cooperate with the security checks. It is strictly prohibited to bring controlled instruments, firearms and ammunition, flammable and explosive items, and other prohibited items stipulated by laws and regulations into the park (venue).
• To ensure the safety of animals in the park, Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Bird Park, and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom do not allow visitors to bring in other food and drinks, except for baby food and an appropriate amount of drinking water. Visitors (audiences) may bring in food and drinks for their own consumption to other theme parks in Chimelong (including Chimelong Paradise, Chimelong Water Park, etc.) and circus venues, but are not allowed to bring in food that needs to be heated, reheated, processed, refrigerated or kept warm (such as instant noodles that need to be heated and food with self-heating function, etc.), food with pungent odor (such as durian, etc.), and other food that is not suitable for bringing into the park.
• Some facilities have height and physical requirements. Please consider your own health conditions before playing.
• In severe weather conditions that cannot meet the requirements for safe operation of equipment (such as lightning, rain, snow, hail, heavy fog, heavy rain, typhoons, etc.), some large-scale outdoor amusement projects will be suspended and park performances will be temporarily canceled or partially canceled.
