Booking FAQs

Comfortable shoes are recommended as the tour involves climbing 300 stairs. Bring a valid photo ID if requested at the entrance. Essential information and menus are available on the official Sydney Opera House website; review them before your visit.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed and cannot be stored in the cloakroom. Baby strollers are not permitted inside the venue (complimentary cloakroom is available for prams only). Video recording is not allowed during the tour. Additional food and drinks not included in the Tour and Dine menu are not permitted. Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Meeting point may vary depending on the option booked; please check your confirmation for details. Your meal can be redeemed at House Canteen or Opera Bar between 11:30am and 6pm, or at Midden by Mark Olive between 11:30am–2:30pm for lunch or 5–6pm for dinner. Venue access and dining are subject to availability at the time of your tour.
