  • Cancel a reserved tour before 3:00 pm the day prior to the scheduled tour. Failure to cancel or failure to show up will result in a suspension of reservation rights for 180 days from the scheduled tour date
  • Register within 5 minutes of the tour start time; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled, and seats will be offered to on-site waitlists. Ensure timely registration
  • Present a valid ID to use guided tour equipment. Return the equipment after the tour, and receive the deposit after confirming the equipment is in good condition. Compensation will be required for lost or damaged equipment
  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), the organizer may postpone or cancel the event, with prior notice provided. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or cancel the event as necessary
