Gunma Safari Park is a wildlife park where visitors can observe animals in a more natural way within its vast enclosure. Visitors can drive their own vehicles into the animal areas to see lions, tigers, and other wild animals roaming freely up close, creating a breathtaking atmosphere.
The park also boasts Japan's only Sumatran elephant on display and the largest population of white tigers in Japan, among other unique animals, making it a truly remarkable park. Visitors who purchase the "Park Admission Ticket" can use their private vehicles to enter the animal area.
For those not driving or wishing to upgrade their experience, the park offers various add-on tours and interactive experiences, including feeding bus tours (some weekday-only), Safari buses, weekend/holiday-only fowl tours, and sunset Safari buses. Feeding experiences for tigers/lions may also be available in the walking area (mostly weekend/holiday-only), subject to official announcements and on-site arrangements.
During special periods (Spring Break/Golden Week/Summer Vacation/Year-End/New Year's Eve), we may remain open even if it falls on a Wednesday. Passengers traveling with pets are advised to use the pet boarding area.
Private vehicles can enter the park with their admission ticket. An additional fare will also apply if you are changing from your private car to the shuttle bus.
These tickets can't be rescheduled or cancelled.
