The cruise runs for approximately 50 minutes. Boarding is at Windmill De Adriaan, Papentorenvest 1A, Haarlem. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure; boarding begins shortly before the start time. In case of bad weather, free cancellation is available up to the day before or on the day of the tour. Departures take place every hour between 11am and 5pm. The largest boats have a capacity of up to 70 guests. The standard cruise is ideal for groups of 1–10 people; larger groups can choose a private boat option. For bookings within 48 hours of departure, contacting the operator by phone is advised. Restrooms are available both on board and at the departure point.
