All guests aged 18 and above must present a valid physical ID or passport at check-in; printed or digital copies will not be accepted. Infants under 2 traveling on an adult’s lap must provide valid identification, such as a passport or birth certificate.

Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied service without a refund. Weapons, ammunition, illegal substances, hazardous materials, explosives, flammable items, lithium batteries, and propane are not permitted unless authorized in advance by law.

For safety and aircraft weight limits, guests weighing more than 275 lbs (125 kg) are required to purchase an additional seat. All passengers will be weighed at check-in to ensure proper aircraft weight distribution.

Please check in at least 30 minutes before departure; late arrivals may result in cancellation without a refund. Seating is assigned after check-in based on aircraft weight balance, so members of the same group may not always be seated together. Children aged 2 and above must have their own seat, and guests under 17 must travel with a parent or guardian. A minimum number of passengers is required for the excursion to operate.
