After reserving your chosen option, you share your preferred pickup location within the Old Quarter or French Quarter so the team can schedule hotel pickup and drop-off. No separate app download or pass upload is required, and there is no need to pre-book individual stops along the route. Dietary requirements are shared in advance so lunch can be adapted where possible. The experience is valid only for the specific date and time you select at checkout. For instance, if you book a shared tour for Friday afternoon, your inclusions apply to that scheduled Friday slot and are not transferable to another day unless you successfully reschedule through the provider’s policies.
