Your confirmation acts as your pass for the tour, covering the Jeep, driver, guide, inclusions, and selected format. After booking, you simply keep your confirmation handy and be ready at the agreed pick-up spot, where your guide will check your details and welcome you on board. No separate app download or physical card is needed. Any surcharges, such as the specified Lunar New Year supplement on particular February dates, are settled directly with the operator. Since this is a timed experience, validity is tied to your chosen departure: for example, if your tour is confirmed for Tuesday morning, your “pass” is valid only for that scheduled slot and cannot be shifted once the tour has started.
