Travel Details

The Kansai Airport Limited Express "HARUKA" is a convenient and comfortable express train that directly connects Kansai Airport with major cities in the Kansai region, including Tennoji, Shin-Osaka, and Kyoto. The journey time from Kansai Airport to Tennoji is approximately 35 minutes, to Osaka/Shin-Osaka approximately 50 minutes, and to Kyoto approximately 80 minutes.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants: Individuals aged 12 and above (based on the date of issuance of the exchange certificate) who hold a "temporary stay" passport issued by a government outside of Japan. Facilities and coupons can only be experienced or used once.

Additional Information

Seating Car: Reserved seats in the HARUKA Express Special Car (Car 4). Keihan Railway Kyoto-Osaka Sightseeing 1-Day Pass is also available, with Sorawa Hot Spring starting January 1, 2026, admission for tickets A through E.

  • Please note that the validity period after starting use is 7 days from the first facility redemption.
  • Facilities and coupons can only be used once. Please note that the same facility cannot be entered or used repeatedly.
  • Please note that unused facilities cannot be redeemed.
  • Before departure, please check the official website of each facility to confirm the operating hours and closing dates of the facility you wish to experience. Please be aware that this may affect your experience.

Ticket Delivery

Kansai Enjoy Pass 1 Week Free Pass (3 facilities + HARUKA Kansai Airport → Osaka/Shin-Osaka) (One-way ticket)

  • After the order is successful, KKday will send an order success email to the email address you registered. The two PDF files attached to the order email are the ticket redemption vouchers.
  • Ticket validity period:
    The validity period of the Kansai Amazing Pass voucher is 270 days from the date of purchase.
    HARUKA Ticket Kansai Airport → Shin-Osaka [One-way Ticket]: The voucher is valid for 90 days after the ticket is purchased.
  • The HARUKA One-Way Ticket cannot be used to board the train from stations other than Kansai-Airport Station.
  • The HARUKA ticket is valid only for reserved seats on the HARUKA Limited Express train and is not valid for use on other limited express trains. If the designated car (car 4) on the train is expected to be crowded, a non-reserved seat may be used.
    *If your train is delayed, you can exchange your ticket for a non-reserved seat on another train. Exchanges are available between 5:30 AM on the day of travel and 5 minutes before the last Limited Express Haruka train departs. You can also exchange your ticket for a different train 5 minutes before departure. If you arrive at Kansai Airport after the last Limited Express Haruka train departs, you cannot use this ticket.
    Please check the official website for the last Limited Express Haruka train time. Once your e-ticket is exchanged for a "Ride Ticket," you cannot refund it or change the date or route. If you require a refund, please contact KKday before exchanging your ticket.
  • If you lose your "Ride Ticket", it cannot be reissued and you will need to purchase a new ticket.
  • If the train is suspended after you start boarding with a "Ride Ticket", the ticket will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

These tickets can't be rescheduled or cancelled.
