The Fort - Lisaili is open daily from 4pm to 8:30pm. For Dubai residents, pick-up is only available from the hotel closest to your residence; please select this hotel as your pick-up location. Multiple experiences, such as the desert zipline, Aperol Spritz sunset lounge, shisha lounge, quad bike rides, dune buggy rides, and others, are available for an additional fee and can be purchased on-site. Guests with specific dietary requirements must inform the team prior to arrival at +971 4 274 8803, as dietary requests for walk-in guests may not be accommodated. On-site parking is available for self-drive guests, who receive a reduced entrance fee. Toilets are available across the site. Live entertainment is available only on weekends and is temporarily paused from Monday to Friday. Guests of all ages are welcome; children aged 4 and below enjoy complimentary entry on Shared Return Transfer packages, but this does not apply to 4-wheel drive packages. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
