Bring a hat, swimwear, towel, camera, sunscreen, water, and cash. Provide a passport copy, nationality, hotel name, address, and room number when booking.

Pets are not allowed. The experience is not suitable for people with back problems.

There is almost no cellphone reception on Orange Bay. Only cash is accepted for purchases on the island. The experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Pickup confirmation will be sent at 10pm the night before via email or WhatsApp. Look for a white or black bus with the GoShalabi logo at your hotel's main entrance by the road, not at the reception. Be ready on time, as the bus will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. The pickup window is ±60 minutes for Hurghada hotels and ±90 minutes for extended areas. No cancellations are allowed after 6pm the day before your tour. You are responsible for your personal belongings. The company is not liable for lost or damaged items. Snorkeling is included only on Magawish Island, not on Orange Bay.
