General Admission Lawn Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and chairs are not permitted. Premium Seats offer reserved seating, so you do not need to secure a viewing spot.

Please note that even if the system shows "Pending," your purchase is complete. Seat numbers will be sent via message on your My Page by the day before the event. Umbrellas are prohibited as they may interfere with other visitors' viewing experience.

  • Please present one ticket per person to the on-site staff on the day of the event (ticket image: https://x.gd/tuhkY). As the internet connection at the venue may be unstable on the day of the event, please make sure to save the ticket in advance by taking a screen capture or printing it out.
  • Even if the system says "In Process," your purchase is complete. A voucher with your seat number will be sent to you by email the day before the event.
  • Chairs in the free area (unreserved grass seats) cannot be used.
  • Umbrellas are prohibited as they will interfere with other visitors' viewing.
  • Refunds in the event of cancellation will only be issued if the event is cancelled due to severe weather or other reasons before the scheduled start time of 4:00 PM on Saturday, September 5th. No refunds will be given if the event is cancelled due to severe weather or strong winds after it has started.
  • Please make sure to come with your companions. If you plan to come separately, please purchase your tickets separately in advance.
  • Premium seats cannot be reserved. Seat numbers will be sent to you via a message on your My Page by the day before the event.
