• Business hours: 10:30-20:30 (last admission 18:30)
• You must exchange your Traviia voucher for an admission wristband to enter the venue.
• Warm reminder: To ensure you have a better experience, a time period system has been adopted. Visitors are advised to arrive 15-20 minutes in advance according to the time period to ensure smooth registration and entry. If you are late, no extra time will be given for late entry. Please allow enough time to arrive so that you have more time.
• Everyone entering JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG must sign a liability waiver provided on-site for entry. The waiver for individuals below aged 18 must be signed by an adult on their behalf.
• JPS Pass: Children aged 3 or under can enter for free. Some facilities in the Future Arena and Ninja Dojo are not suitable for children aged 3 or under.
• Tickets include a specified playtime. Guests must enter according to the selected time.
• Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old or above at all times. Accompanying adults also need to purchase tickets. Each adult can accompany up to two children and take care of the accompanying children at all times.
• All children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above with a valid ticket to enter the park.
• Infants and toddlers aged 3 or below can enter for free but must still be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above with a valid ticket.
• For some experiences, participants must wear non-slip socks, our staff has the right to decide if the socks are suitable due to safety issue. Participants can purchase non-slip socks (HK$30) on-site, they are reusable after purchase.
• If your entry wrist band is damaged or lost, please seek assistance from on-site staff immediately.
• Valid identification must be presented upon entry for discounted tickets. Senior tickets (ages 60 or above) are available for on-site purchase only and are exclusively applicable to Hong Kong JoyYou Card holders.
• Entries are for single admittance only. No guest change is allowed.
• JPS Pass is only valid on the specified date indicated on the respective tickets. Sold tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled.
• Always supervise accompanying children and care for any elderly companions.
• To avoid any contamination and other risk exposure, outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed except for baby food. No food and drinks are allowed within the play area.
• Pets, dangerous goods, electric scooters, flash photography, etc. are not allowed.

• Some facilities may be temporarily suspended or closed due to maintenance, upkeep, weather, or other uncontrollable factors without prior notice. We do not provide refunds (including partial or full refunds) for any facilities that are suspended or closed for these reasons.
