The farm has six main areas: a scenic area, a family-friendly area, an aviary, an animal area, a zoo, and a dairy farm. Visitors can explore these diverse zones on foot or opt for the convenience of renting an electric vehicle.

The zoo, being the only legal and popular one in eastern Taiwan, offers a natural ecology with educational functions. It allows visitors to observe, learn, and respect animals up close. The zoo also holds the first animal performance license in Hualien, providing interactive experiences.
The zoo features an array of star animals including white monkeys, giant tortoises, a family of foxes, sloth siblings, dromedary camels, alpacas from Kaohsiung Zoo, donkeys with two long ears, miniature horses, macaws, coconut palms, Indian hornbills, and East African crowned cranes. Peacocks are also a highlight, especially when displaying their plumage.
The dairy farm collaborates with the Lee Teng-hui Foundation to breed Yuanxing cattle, the only Wagyu beef breed in Taiwan. Over 300 Holstein cattle are also raised here. The farm's fresh milk products rival Hokkaido brands in flavor.
The orchard has transitioned to organic farming, providing safe fruits and vegetables. A professional beekeeping team produces certified honey at the base.
