Carry a valid photo ID with you, as it may be requested at the entrance to verify the name on your booking.

Entry to the auditorium is not permitted during rehearsals or live performances. Guided tours are suspended during live performances. For security reasons, large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage cannot be taken inside the Opera House. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals. Flash photography, tripods, and professional filming equipment are not allowed inside the Opera House.

The Opera House offers full wheelchair access, including barrier-free entry points, lifts to several levels (including the third floor), designated seating, and accessible restroom facilities. As the main entrance has steps, you will enter via a side entrance, and it is recommended that you contact the venue ahead of time to confirm seating arrangements.

Guided tours last around 60 minutes and depart daily at 1:30pm, 3pm, and 4:30pm, so please arrive on time for your chosen tour slot.
