Seamless activation

Your digital pass, pass ID, customer-panel link, guidebook, and metro map will be sent to your email.

Log in to the customer panel to check each attraction’s entry instructions, guided-tour meeting points, reservation rules, and opening hours before planning your visit.

For walk-in attractions, visit during operating hours and show your E-pass ID or generate the required QR code from the customer panel.

For guided attractions, arrive at the listed meeting point before the scheduled start time and show your E-pass ID to the Istanbul E-pass guide.

Reserve experiences marked as reservation-required through your customer panel before the stated deadline. Details will be sent in the confirmation email along with pickup details where applicable.

Validity: Your pass activates when you first use it, or you can select the intended dates in your account before use. It is valid for 1 year from purchase until activation. Pass days are consecutive calendar days, not 24-hour periods. For example, a 3-day pass activated on Tuesday expires at 11:59pm on Thursday.
