Food and drinks are not allowed in the Canopy Park. Wearing skirts or dresses on the Bouncing Net, Walking Net and Mastercard® Canopy Bridge is not allowed. Pants and covered shoes must be worn when visiting the Bouncing Net and Walking Net.

This experience can be accessed by wheelchair users (except the Nets).

The operation of drones or unmanned aircraft within 5km of Changi Airport will require a permit from CAAS. Children aged 3 – 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult. Minimum height requirement of 110cm applies to Discovery Slides, Walking Net, and Bouncing Net Note: The Rain Vortex at Jewel Changi Airport is open daily from 10am to 10pm. Please note that Canopy Park and its attractions, including the Mastercard® Canopy Bridge, Hedge Maze, Mirror Maze, Walking Net, and Bouncing Net, will be temporarily closed on 27 June 2026 from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM due to a private event; normal operations will resume from 3:30 PM onwards.
