Please double-check the spelling of your name. - When exchanging the "JR EAST PASS" at designated locations in Japan, you must present your E-Ticket and original passport. Copies of passports will not be accepted.</li><li><span style="background-color: transparent;">Exchange </span><b>-&nbsp;</b>When exchanging the pass, you must specify a start date within one month of the exchange date. The start date cannot be changed after the exchange is completed. - You cannot exchange multiple passes of the same type if their validity periods (5-day or 10-day) overlap.
