Please display your mobile voucher along with the passport and exchange it for a physical ticket at your exchange location.
Ticket Redemption Points
Physical tickets can be procured by scanning the QR code of the e-ticket and non-Japanese passport at the green ticket-vending machines.
If the machine breaks down or the passport has no IC chip, please proceed to the JR-WEST ticket office to exchange the physical ticket.
You can redeem your tickets from any one of the multiple exchange locations.

Exchanging Reserved Seat Tickets
- Before getting on the train, please go to the green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical reserved seat tickets by the area pass.
Seat Reservation Process
Reservations can be made at the ticket office through rail staff.
You can only select your seat after turning in your Exchange Order for the JR Pass.
