<li>For train timetables and the latest operating information, please check the notice board at the ticket gate.</li>
<li>If the ticket exchange machines are out of order, please exchange it at the green ticket vending machine with a passport icon or at the green ticket counter.</li>
<li>The ticket exchange machine is available for use starting from 05:30 Japan Standard Time every day.</li>
<li>All seats of Nozomi trains will be reserved seats (no non-reserved seats) during the three major peak periods (Golden Week holidays, Obon holidays and New Year holidays).</li>
<li>This ticket is not valid for Nozomi trains during these periods. Please take a non-reserved seat on Hikari, Kodama, Mizuho, and Sakura.</li>
<li>If the train is delayed or temporarily suspended, please go to JR West Hakata Station or JR West Kokura Station to complete the necessary procedures.</li>
