Getting started
During your visit to Japan, exchange the voucher for your pass at a designated exchange location by presenting your original passport and voucher. At the time of exchange, you'll choose a start date within one month, after which the pass will be valid for three consecutive days.
What to expect
Travel without limits on eligible JR East services, including reserved standard-class seats on limited express trains (including Shinkansen), express trains, and local trains (including rapid services) within the JR TOKYO Wide Pass coverage area.
Extend your journey beyond JR East with unlimited travel on all Fuji Kyuko Line sections, Izu Kyuko Line sections, Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit (Tokyo Rinkai) Line sections, Tokyo Monorail sections, Joshin Dentetsu sections, and the Saitama New Urban Transit Line (New Shuttle) between Ōmiya and the Railway Museum.
The pass also includes reserved standard-class seats on eligible Tobu Mutual Direct Limited Express trains, including Nikko, Spacia Nikko, Kinugawa, and Spacia Kinugawa, making it convenient to reach popular sightseeing destinations.
