Located on the 38th floor, 160 meters above the city, the observation deck offers uninterrupted 360-degree panoramic views of Sapporo through floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
Visitors can take in natural landmarks such as Mount Maruyama, Mount Okura, and Mount Teine, alongside urban sights like Odori Park and Susukino. On clear days, distant mountains including Yubaridake and Ashibetsudake are visible on the horizon. The deck transforms with the seasons and time of day — offering sunlit cityscapes by day and Sapporo's glittering skyline by night, including views of trains arriving and departing from JR Sapporo Station below.
The observatory is designed as an immersive experience beyond just the view, featuring artwork, indirect lighting, and ambient music throughout the space. Guests can also relax at T'CAFE, located within the observation room, offering coffee, smoothies, cakes, and light meals, or browse the on-site souvenir shop for original merchandise.
