- If there are any unresolved matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate or change the details of the activity.

1. After purchasing tickets, we recommend informing the venue of your planned visit date via Facebook or phone call for crowd control purposes. (Walk-ins are allowed without prior reservation)
2. Once any product or gift in the combo ticket has been redeemed, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
3. Please note the operating hours of the redemption store. If you cannot redeem during that time, please do so during other regular operating hours within the validity period.
