1. Admission to Orange Island is free but requires a reservation. When purchasing cruise tickets, you must provide your ID number. The attraction reservation code is automatically synchronized with the cruise ticket purchase. All visitors who have purchased cruise tickets for Orange Island Pier must present their original ID and undergo face ID verification to enter. Simply scan your ID at the attraction gate for face recognition. Visitors holding passports, Entry-Exit Permits for Hong Kong and Macau, or other IDs should present the original documents at the far-right entrance channel for verification and entry. The sightseeing bus and cruise can be accessed using the QR code in your booking. 2. Please take Subway Line 2 or walk to Orange Island (driving or taking a taxi to the attraction is not permitted). It is recommended to arrive at the attraction at least 1 hour in advance (or 2 hours in advance if you plan to visit the Youth Sculpture first), and reach the arrival pier 30 minutes before departure. During public holidays, arrive at the attraction at least 2 hours in advance (or 3 hours in advance for the Youth Sculpture visit) and reach the arrival pier 1 hour early. Visitors can enter Orange Island and take the sightseeing train freely during business hours. The boarding pier is located within Orange Island - please arrive at the pier in advance according to your selected cruise schedule. 3. If you need to cancel or modify your ferry ticket, please apply within the modification period. Last-minute cancellations or modifications cannot adjust inventory plans and will incur fees according to the cancellation policy: Full unused orders before departure support partial refunds by traveler dimension. Partial refunds are not supported after using the sightseeing train or ferry ticket (i.e., sightseeing cruise tickets cannot be refunded after using the sightseeing train; unused sightseeing trains are considered voluntarily forfeited with no refund). All sightseeing cruise tickets are for touring purposes only, with no distinction between standing and seated tickets. The operating vessel, departure time, sailing route, and duration on the day are subject to on-site arrangements. 6. Some cruises have private cabins and optional paid areas. Travelers can voluntarily choose to upgrade at their own expense after boarding. 7. The cruise is an outdoor sightseeing activity and is highly susceptible to force majeure factors such as weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms), private events, or government regulations. Changes or cancellations of the cruise schedule, or suboptimal sightseeing conditions, cannot be predicted in advance. If the cruise is adjusted or canceled, our customer support will contact you promptly. Any additional expenses incurred during the trip will be your responsibility. 8.
