The cave of Wat Tham Khao Pun is home to bats, and has a pretty bad smell. At some spots it is also very narrow. If you prefer not to visit the cave, please let us know latest the day before. Please note that we are not able to replace this with another stop, so we will bring you to that stop which has a viewpoint and some lovely bars. The boat has a small roof, but if it rains you might get wet. Please be prepared for this scenario. Rain in Thailand is unpredictable and can happen anytime. The tour will continue in the rain if conditions are safe, and no refund will be granted. If conditions are determined to be unsafe, the tour will be canceled and you can reschedule or get a full refund. The local Thai captain speaks very basic English, just enough to communicate about the tour. Chungkai Military Cemetery is not a part of the standard itinerary and is a bonus if we can visit it. It is not always possible as it depends if the entrance is open, as it is private property.
