Booking FAQs

Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at check-in or boarding. Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, as the tour includes outdoor activities and walking. Bring a hat, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle for sun protection and hydration. Pack any required medications and personal items you may need for a full day out. If you have special dietary requirements, advise the operator in advance and bring any necessary snacks.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted on the tour. Pets are not allowed, except for registered assistance animals. Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited during the tour. Smoking is not permitted on coaches, ferries, or at tour stops. Outside food and beverages may not be consumed during included meals or tastings.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible. Some walking and steps are required at various stops throughout the tour. Accessible restrooms may not be available at all locations.

The tour operates on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Itinerary and inclusions are subject to change without notice, especially on days classified as catastrophic fire danger on Kangaroo Island. Children aged 3–14 years require a child ticket; infants 0–2 years join free of charge but must be included in your booking. Check-in times are strictly enforced: Adelaide at 6:30am, Cape Jervis at 8:30am. Please arrive on time for all departures. Optional tastings (cider at Emu Ridge, beer at Clifford’s Honey Farm) and dinner at Penneshaw Pub are at your own expense. Personal purchases, souvenirs, and gratuities are not included in your ticket. Please review SeaLion 2000 Passenger Access for ferry boarding information during low tidal movements.
