After completing the reservation, please be sure to complete the check-in at the Zhanerku Cultural Yacht Ticket Office (No. 17 Penglai Road, Gushan District, Kaohsiung City) 20 minutes before sailing. Latecomers will not be accommodated.
  • After the electronic voucher is exchanged for a physical ferry ticket, please board the ticket according to the date and flight on the physical ticket. Overdue tickets will be invalid. Once the physical ticket has been redeemed, time changes and refunds cannot be made.
