Your Experience
The Pier-2 Art Center is situated on the bank of the Love River in Kaohsiung City, next to Kaohsiung Port. "Pier-2" refers to the second pier, which was originally a port warehouse for storing fishmeal and sugar. In 2000, the Kaohsiung government rebuilt it to form a well-known art exhibition area in Kaohsiung City. The park is dotted with a large number of cute, avant-garde tall dolls, one of the most eye-catching is a yellow Transformers doll, this is the one appeared in the May Day "DNA concert". In addition, there is a railway story museum next to the Art District, where you can see ancient steam locomotives.
