It is recommended to wear smart casuals. Please note that the venue tends to get cold/hot during winters/summers and does not have air conditioning. The venue does not allow outside food. But, there are many restaurants and bars nearby where you can grab a bite. Leaving and entering while the performance is happening is not allowed. If you leave, you will not be allowed to enter the concert hall again. Pets, baby strollers, smoking, luggage or large bags, vaping, alcohol and drugs, unaccompanied minors, and bare feet are not allowed.

Wheelchair Accessibile. Due to fire safety regulations, bookings for wheelchair users must be made directly through the venue’s website. Guests should contact the venue directly to book their tickets.

The experience is for guests over 6 years of age. Mon-Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun: 8:15pm (doors open at 7:45pm). Show days may be subject to change every week/month.
