KidZania is a city where kids play the leading role, try their favorite jobs using real equipment and tools, and learn about the structure of society — all in a fun, engaging way.

Getting started

Once you arrive at KidZania, check in at the Ticket Counter by showing your mobile voucher. Kids will receive an Activity Set (JOB Schedule Card & 50 kidZos), which allows them to begin activities. All activities are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Doors open 30 minutes before each shift. Activities are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Only kids aged 3 to 15 years old can experience activities. Toddlers under 3 years old can enter for free. Groups consisting of only guardians and toddlers are not allowed to enter. Experiencing activities does not require any additional fees. Nearby parking is available for a fee, but includes a complimentary period. Cancellations and refunds are not available after the reservation deadline. Please carefully check your visit's date and shift before arriving at KidZania. Admission may be refused for mistakes in reservation information.
