A smartphone with a stable internet connection is required to access and display the pass. Ensure your phone is charged, as a dead battery, malfunction, or loss means the pass cannot be used. Access to the registered email account may be required for one-time password (OTP) authentication.
The pass cannot be used on ropeways. Screenshots and printed copies of the digital ticket are not accepted. Lost vouchers or emails will not be reissued. The pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the passholder. The pass cannot be used by Japanese passport holders or residents.
The trains are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Use the QR code at automatic ticket gates; at stations without gates, staff assistance or intercom use may be needed and may take extra time.
