- Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- Due to the extra security during NYE, please produce a printed copy of your tickets or a digital copy of your reservation record on request at the redemption point for ticket exchange. The cruise company cannot guarantee access to your departure point or our offices without a copy
- There will be extra security at wharf precincts during New Year’s Eve. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the departure time of your scheduled cruise. Access cannot be guaranteed without your Reservation Record document
- Passengers that fail to arrive before the meeting time will be classed as no-show without any refund
- It is strictly prohibited to bring your own alcohol, food, or illicit drugs on-board
- Please check with local authorities for special event road closures
- Kindly be reminded the exact location of the vessel cannot be guaranteed due to the heavy traffic and congestion on the harbour or due to any prevailing wind conditions
