  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. In the event of a late arrival, treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next client
  • In the event of a late arrival of more than 15 minutes without prior notification, the spa reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice
  • In case of postponement or cancellation, the customer will have to inform at least 24 hours otherwise the spa reserves the right to collect the full amount
