Must Know

  • Travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification purposes. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit
  • Please note that due to heightened security measures, all guests boarding the Ford Island Shuttle may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID before boarding. For international visitors, we strongly recommend bringing a passport as a form of identification
  • It is recommended that you start using the passport by 10:00am to be able to visit all sites included in your ticket
  • Opening hours and last admission vary on every site. Please refer to the official website for the latest information
  • Bags are prohibited at the Pearl Harbor visitor center. Clear, see-through stadium bags and bags containing medical devices or medication may be allowed into the site. Cameras, cell phones and wallets are allowed. Bags may be secured in the storage facility near the visitor center entrance for a fee ( $7 for standard, $10 for oversize luggage )
  • Picture taking is allowed at Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum. Cameras are allowed in Pearl Harbor and you can take photos everywhere, with the exception of the Admiral Clarey Bridge to Ford Island. Your shuttle driver will make mention of when you aren’t allowed to take photos during your drive onto Ford Island
  • For safety reasons, closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Guests will not be allowed on the tour without proper footwear
  • Ticket valid from 8:00am to 4:00pm date of visit; last admission: 3:00 pm. No refunds or exchanges
