With over 60 years of combined experience and a lifelong passion for carving, our instructors provide hands-on lessons that allow you to actively engage in the carving process. Under the guidance of Master Carver Wan Hertz, you'll learn the basics of Thai fruit and vegetable carving in our private penthouse studio overlooking the beautiful city of Bangkok.
From delicate garnishes to intricate flowers and fish, you'll watch these creations emerge as you practice the ancient Thai carving tradition. Our classes cater to participants aged 12 and up, ensuring a memorable and educational experience for all.
