• — Important Information —

To maintain service quality, we only accept bookings for 2 guests every 30 minutes Qipaos are available in adult sizes only; children's Magua and Qipao are not providedIf you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, the simple hair styling service will be forfeited. If you are 30 minutes late, the service will be considered cancelled. In the event of stains or damage to the clothing, a cleaning or repair fee of 200 to 500 MOP will be charged Personal storage bags are provided in the store for your belongings and clothes (excluding valuables). A luggage storage fee will be charged for items that exceed the size of the storage bag. Please ensure the items are returned by 17:30 on the day of rental. A late fee of 50% of the experience price will be charged for overtime returns. A deposit of 500 MOP will be collected on the day and will be refunded upon the return of undamaged clothing and accessories
