• Children under 2 years old are free. Children 3 years old and over are charged.
• Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a junior high school student or older to enter the museum.

• Tickets cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded for personal reasons after purchase.
• Once you leave the building, you will not be able to re-enter.
• Business hours may change or events may be canceled due to natural disasters or equipment problems.

• Each admission ticket allows you to try the experience once. Please be careful not to lose your admission ticket.
• Depending on the level of congestion, numbered tickets may be distributed inside the museum for VR content. If you would like one, please ask a member of staff when you enter the museum.
• Children under 7 years old are not permitted to participate.
• Children aged 7-12 years old will need a parental consent form for each child. Due to the nature of the content, children cannot participate alone. Each child must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or over.
• Narration for VR content is only available in Japanese and English. For safety reasons, we may ask you to refrain from using the VR content due to audio guidance.
• For safety reasons, you cannot wear shoes with exposed toes or heels, such as sandals or mules, or shoes with heels 5cm or higher (regardless of type, including platform shoes, sneakers, boots, etc.). There are also conditions for using VR content, such as physical condition, clothing, and hairstyle. Please note that you will not be able to experience the content if you do not meet these conditions.
• VR content may cause nausea due to the images. Small children, the elderly, pregnant women, people in poor health, people who get motion sickness easily, people with blood pressure or heart conditions, people who are sensitive to loud noises or strobe lights, and people who are afraid of heights, the dark, or claustrophobia should exercise caution before viewing.
