A maximum of 6 tickets can be purchased per order, and only full refunds are supported for the entire order (i.e., if there are multiple tickets under one order number, individual tickets cannot be refunded; only full refunds for all tickets in the entire order are supported).

To prevent malicious ticket purchases and refunds that disrupt the normal operation of the performance, each ticket purchaser and account will only be entitled to one refund through the green channel during the sales phase. After a refund is issued, the ticket purchaser/account will no longer be entitled to a refund if they purchase tickets for the same performance again.

All audience members are requested to cooperate with security checks. The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue: Food, lighters, bottled or canned drinks and liquids are prohibited; suitcases, tents, flagpoles, and oversized luggage (the product of the length, width, and height of the luggage must not exceed 50x30x20cm) are prohibited; fireworks, cold fireworks, gasoline, alcohol, and other flammable and explosive items are strictly prohibited; long-handled umbrellas, benches, tripods, and other items that may disrupt the performance or the viewing experience are prohibited; drones are prohibited, as is the use of professional equipment for recording the entire event; pets are prohibited, except for guide dogs; and vehicles (including bicycles, skateboards, balance bikes, etc.) are prohibited.
